Who is allowed to use the cobra APIs?

Our APIs are designed to facilitate seamless integration of cobra functionality into our customers' ecosystems. To be recognized as a customer, a valid tenant context and login credentials are necessary—find more information at Authentication.

Fair and sustainable use of cobra APIs

All customers are permitted to use the APIs at a technically sustainable level. This implies that all integrations must be designed with efficiency in mind.

• Avoid over-fetching data that is unnecessary; leverage the power of GraphQL whenever possible.
• Implement filters and pagination to constrain requests.
• Refrain from excessive querying when unnecessary.
• Utilize our Webhooks to receive push information instead of making frequent API calls.

We closely monitor API usage down to the tenant level to identify any unusual spikes in usage. We reserve the right to limit requests per second or restrict an API user if the usage surpasses a justifiable amount based on your tariff, or if an API user poses a risk to the performance of other clients.
